Guys which advertising system is best when it comes to attract local people and how is digital boards in it?

To attract local people I think local radio channels, local tv channels, news paper are best. But if you think about attracting people from a mall to a shop in mall then digital boards advertising is best at that place. Digital signage boards can attract near people. |
